An online consultation is a way to speak with one of our consultants at a scheduled time. It is important that you have a clear question for the Huurteam. A consultation takes a maximum of 30 minutes.
After booking the consultation, you will receive a link for a Zoom meeting at least 24 hours before the appointment. Zoom is a free program that allows you to chat face-2-face with a consultant. Use the link in the email to log in and make sure you are present at the agreed time. Consultants booked on the same day as the appointment may no longer be able to be booked.
