We also check your home for maintenance defects and provide support in obtaining a fair settlement of your service costs or splitting your all-in rental price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With an authorization from you, Huurteam Goirle can carry out the agreed procedures at the Rent Tribunal, without you having to do anything yourself. We will always keep you informed of the progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In most cases, the landlord must be informed of the findings of Huurteam Goirle, which is legally required. Depending on the procedure, the landlord has three weeks to two months to respond to a proposal, request or objection. Doesn't he?
